2. Services
Kathleen Browne & Co. provides social work support for individuals and families via online sessions (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), available to clients throughout Australia.
Our website and services do not replace emergency, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or your local emergency services.
3. Bookings and Payment
Any session fees, available durations, payment requirements and cancellation terms will be confirmed before a booking is finalised.
Where payment is required, it will be processed through the payment method confirmed at booking. By completing a paid booking, you authorise the applicable charge to your nominated payment method.
Current availability is Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am–4:30 pm AEST, subject to confirmation when you enquire or book.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking or upon request.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, program names, and the Love Your In-Laws trademark — is the property of Kathleen Browne & Co. and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
